Power Packed Prayer!

THINK OF ALL THE POSSIBILITIES THROUGH THIS PRAYER, DONE IN FAITH TO RECEIVE IT!

Father, thank you for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you, your son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. That the eyes of my understanding be fully enlightened of truth. That I will know the hope of your calling for my life. Help me truly understand the fullness of my inheritance through Jesus Christ. That I know and operate in the exceeding great power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you for strengthening and reinforcing my inner man to be courageous and bold for the work at hand for your Kingdom. Thank you Jesus for dwelling inside of me through your Spirit. That I be deeply rooted in your love and compassion. Having a spiritual understanding to know the size of your love. To be filled with all the fullness of you so that my life will be used for your plans and purposes.

I ask you, Father God of peace, make me holy in every way, and may my whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless before you. I surrender my life to you. Thank you for giving me the desires and power to do what pleases you through your grace!

Thank you Father for this glorious day. I am filled with your Spirit. Use me as you wish. Lead and guide me in the way that I should go. May I be the light of Jesus Christ to those around me. Help me help them become who you purposed them to be.

In Jesus mighty name! Amen!

Chilling with friends this morning. The local furniture builder, Antonio, wanted to show me and Kennet his coffee finca. What a treat it was! The elevation is around 4900 feet!

2016 Is Just Getting Started - 1 Year Outlook

2016 has just begun and its amazing to see what God has planned. Nancy and I are ready to jump aboard and run with it! As always, it's an honor to have everyone involved with us. From the beginning, I knew this wasn't a Nancy and Shawn show. It's a team of believers, young and old, coming together to advance the Lord's work in the mountains around Copan Ruinas.

Take a look and see what is currently in place for 2016. Ask yourself, where do you fit in? What part can you run with? There are many opportunities for all.

Just as we are believing for all the funds for the construction of the school. We are believing to full stock the school with the needed furniture. Here is a our current position. It was a great time spending with my Pastor, Jimmy Squires, and helping him work on a project he has going in Yoro, Yoro, Honduras. He is helping a pastor there remodel a current building into a church and school.

Reading Program Graduation

GRADUATION! Part of our vision here at MorningStar Missions is to teach people how to read. Sarah Lee Davis of Alabama has brought this wonderful program to our community along with monthly funding. She has made it possible for these new graduates! Their lives have been changed in so many ways; one being, they can read God's Word.

New Concrete Floor

Our church in La Esperanza (The Hope) getting a concrete floor. The pastor came to me wanting to know if I would like to buy some tacos. I asked why he was selling them, he wanted to make improvements to the church. Once I heard that, I told him that we are going to contribute. The key to missions is getting the people to take ownership, once they do, it's time to jump in. This enabled us to empower the church to see the great provisions of God.

Time to Cool the House

We don't have air conditioning and it can get up to 95 degrees in Honduras. Installing a roof fan trying to suck the heat out of the cathedral ceiling. So far, the house is really nice and cool inside, for it being 85 degrees today. Thanks Preacher for your help!
