Praise God we are on the road, preaching and teaching. First meeting at Manos de Jesús Church in Florida, Copán. Thank to all who donated. We are moving forward in producing the furniture. Mid month they will be completed! My baby studying for her lesson with the kids in La Laguna. She puts her heart into it. No cookie cutter teachings here!
Amazing day today! Pastor Merary took me to Cisne to meet his Aunt Esther that has started well over 20 churches in the Copan area. Such a special woman of God. I will be meeting many of the pastors next week. Then in the near future, I will be ministering to them in their annual conference. I am loving these divine connections. Believe or not, these are building blocks made of straw and mud to build an adobe house. Once built, they are actually amazingly efficient and cool inside during the extreme times of heat.
We have been invited to a church in La Entrada, Honduras to minister at Iglesia La Pier. We will be ministering to the leadership and then two main services. Super excited for this opportunity, to be sowing into the hearts of the people.
Catching up with friends that I have known since 2008! Wonderful couple that has a passion for the people of God!
Nancy cuddling up with a new born. The father and mother are very special to us. This is their first little girl among 3 boys.
I love this. I can remember years ago, my family was on the cleaning team at Abundant Life Church. On Saturday nights we would clean the church together as a family. Training our girls to serve in the Kingdom of God. We took pride in it, making sure God's house was ready for service on Sunday mornings.
Abundant Life Church is doing a chicken program in the Son Popero community with Pastor Merary. This is our sample chicken coop. Aron, my buddy, would be proud. Might even cry if he was here, LOL. We will be building a total of 15 and distributing around 150 to 200 chickens, plus feed. I love the heart of this woman! Thank you, Nancy, for running with me to fulfill the plans and purposes God has for our lives! Hand in hand our journey is beyond what we could imagine!
God never ceases to amaze me! Today my truck wouldn't start and on the side of the road. I needed it for a project tomorrow early, no time for repairs. My buddy, Rudy, jumped into action to tow me to the repair shop. They pulled the starter, bare in mind, I'm 3 hours from a major city with Chevy parts. The mechanic told me to take it to a guy about 15 minutes away to repair the starter, but they are closed now. I didn't care and road my motorcycle there anyway hoping he was still open and would repair it. Praise God he was. Believe or not, he had the parts needed to rebuild it. The mechanic couldn't believe I was back so quick. Sure enough, about 2 hours later and $55, back on the road and ready for tomorrow morning!
Here is a home MorningStar Missions is partnering with La Red Ministries, Pastor Favio. All that is left is concrete floor.
When we try to make something happen vs. Allowing God to bring it forth, the fruits of it is two totally opposite effects. One shines the light on you and the other glorifies God for who he is and what he can do.
