Recently children were dying in our communities with various illnesses. What's sad is that many of them could be prevented with certain measures. One of them being, respiratory issues. A guy with a HUGE heart, Rudy Martinez, had enough. He put things into motion by raising the needed funds to purchase multiple nebulizers. As you can see, they are being put to good use!
