Folks, this is a special friend of ours. Her name is Emilly Magdelena. In so many ways she is a mighty woman of God. Yesterday, I was in her medical clinic and I started crying because the presence of God was so strong there. She is so brave and courageous in so many ways. Please pray for her and her wonderful work for the Kingdom of God.

When will you once again realize that God is not a matter of convenience, but a necessity for our very existence. We can no longer say, "God I want my own way today, maybe we can get together tomorrow." Have you ever thought, your tomorrow will not come? Then your heart will cry out for a second chance, but it will be to late.
Shawn Paul Missionary to Honduras This gentleman we are with is Mario. We found out he is homeless; his mother died years ago. Suffered from epilepsy and was a community outcast cause of it. He met Jesus years ago and has been totally healed of any signs of seizures. We are meeting with him to build a home for him along with another missionary, Emilly Magdelena Thank you Faith Church for making things like this possible. Also, while we were out, we delivered dental supplies to a teacher in the mountains.
He is an essential part of our lives. We need him to lead and guide us through life. I used many illustrations to get the message across. Yes, that is a towel around my head. I am showing them without the Holy Spirit, we are blind and have a difficulty in guiding ourselves through this life.
Building solid ministry relationships is key in mission work. To think you are going to take care of everything is a small minded mentality. The old saying, "It takes a village to raise a child," is so true in many ways. Like wise, "It takes a community of ministries and believers to reach lives for Jesus Christ in the mission field." Meeting the folks at the Rice Foundation has been an incredible experience, we are looking for many more years of working together.
Due to the recent climate on FB I have been involved in several conversations. People are throwing out so many things (quotes, statistics, studies, and such). Being the inquisitive person I am, I either ask them to back it up or I research it myself. Time after time, people are basing their opinions off of lies and misinformation. We are not talking about is it a 1/4 cup of sugar or a 1/3. We are talking about detrimental decisions in accordance to our lives. Think of all the misinformation people come across spiritually. Misinformation that is leading people to hell. The Bible is STILL applicable today; life changing and transforming!
