We are now in a culture of its not nice to ruffle feathers. The devil has silenced the church. We are scared to boldly stand for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Oh, we must love one another. The word love has been so perverted. Love is action. Telling someone they are going down the wrong path in life is love. Showing the truth in God's Word is love. Warning the lost of their sin is love. Snatching someone from the pits of hell is love.
The bible says, how will they know unless they are told. Jesus flipped tables and called people vipers. John the Baptist told the crowd to repent! Paul called blindness upon the Jewish sorcerer. Paul rebuked Peter in front of the visiting Jews. Peter boldly told the crowd they crucified Christ. Steven boldly told the council that they were heathens at heart, stubborn people, deaf to the truth. Peter rebuked Simon the sorcerer. Elijah called down fire from heaven and slew Jezebel's priest. The gospel is confrontational.
I understand there is a balance to all things, but there is a time to stand up for the truth and speak with boldness. What's wrong with the world? The church stopped being the church by no longer boldly standing for the truth. We are more concerned with stepping on toes and getting mixed into the same lifestyle of sin of the world. It's Ok, everyone sins.
Our children and grandchildren are going to hell right before our eyes because we as parents want to pacify them and not raise up godly men and women of God, it takes to much effort. We want to be their friends and not lead them unto Christ with boldness and courage.
I have had enough of the kingdom of darkness robbing lives of their eternal life that Christ died for them. We have a voice and it's expected of us to to be vocal by being led of the Holy Spirit.
