Ministering in the mountains Thursday night had a blessed opportunity to minister to a very special 79 year old man and his wife!!
He asked for us to pray for his wife due to her being ill. After I got done praying for her I felt compelled to ask if he knew Jesus as his personal savior. He told me that he heard of Jesus, but never asked him to come in his heart.
That's all I needed to hear! Right then and there I told him that he was my friend and I wanted to see him in heaven when I get there. He just smiled. I shared about the importance of inviting him in your heart and asking for forgiveness. His wife heard the salvation message from her bed as well.
We led them both through the pray and afterwords, his face just glowed!!! You could see the transformation right before your very eyes!!! The glory of the Lord re-birthing his spirit. Wow!! There is nothing like ministering to the lives of these people!!
