Life as a missionary has it's times of extreme busyness, but then there are those moments that we get to get everything caught up to only run again. Well, we have come to that moment of getting all caught up (newsletter out, accounting done, personal letters, thank you videos, and much more.) All this to do it all over again, but this time it will be much sooner. God has certainly brought the increase for us here in Honduras.
Coming November, we will be having our very good friends come and celebrate Thanksgiving, but at the same time we will be ministering to the families in La Laguna. Our goal is that the marriages will be built with greater spiritual strength and the children are touched in a special way.
Then before you look around we are looking to host two more ministry teams in February of 2015. Our planned projects will be a larger pastor's conference and start the building of the new sanctuary in La Laguna. Yes, that's right, building ANOTHER one. We out grew the first one right away; never did we expect this to happen, but the Lord gave the increase. What is even a greater blessing, we are going to be giving the old building to the children. This team will only be putting the foundation in and then we will be waiting for another team to finalize the rest of the project.
There are tentatively other groups coming in 2015. We are confident that we will be making a bigger impact into the mountainous communities surrounding Copan Ruinas. It is certainly not to late for other groups to jump aboard, don't hesitate to give us a shout out. We would love to see what the Lord has at hand by working with new church and ministry teams.
